In Cubase SX, years ago, was a command to move the selected notes automatic an octave up or down - instead of moving it by mouse. Is there a similar command in Live - or a trick? That would save me a lot of time. Any ideas? Top. sporkles. Joined: Sun Feb 18, 2007 8:43 pm. Location: Schmocation.

If you don't want to use the tools window (to me that is pretty fast way to do it) once you have the midi notes highlighted, hold the Ctrl+arrow up or arrow down to move the notes but that is 12 key presses for an octave, Using the tool window could be as little as 2 presses, F8 and Apply. if the transpose has already been se. .Thank you. Didn't know about the F8 shortcut. And doing that up arrow/down arrow action 12 times to do an octave kinda defeats the purpose of it being quick.
Octave is the ninth album by The Moody Blues, released in 1978, and their first release after a substantial hiatus following the success of the best-selling Seventh Sojourn in 1972. The album proved to be the last for the group with keyboardist Mike Pinder, who departed during the album's sessions, and declined an offer to tour with the group. Pinder had just started a new family in California, and found that he was not getting along with his bandmates as he had before

I note that Shift-Alt u. It would be extremely handy to be able to shift a note up/down an octave at a time rather than have to do it by 12 arrow presses. I note that Shift-Alt up/down arrow keys don't seem to do anything, which would be one possibility). Nov 23, 2008 - 01:39. In fact, this feature is already implemented, with Ctrl+Up/Down.
Maybe I'll make an octave up pedal (without fuzz) with different controls. ca/~jc/superFullWave. or old design with Biploar transistor as we can find in Roger mayer Octavia ou Gring ringer ? the famous transistor with diodes on emetter and collector. Also, and, I think the most important thing, I would like to incorporate a tone control that works like the guitar tone. When I kick my ultimate octave I like to turn down the tone to attenuate the highs and have some kind of smoother and agressiveless octave up sound . Clean octave up is pretty much impossible to make happen DIY. They almost all have at least a little fuzz. RM octavia is very much a fuzz.
