Lexia:Underground Sounds. Front woman Alexia Rodriguez had a lot of spare time on her hands while on the road and wanted to use her time wisely. She decided to write songs; but the songs she wrote didn't fit Eyes Set To Kill's style. This album is completely her own, and is much more personal. Alexia hopes that fans of Eyes Set To Kill will hear and like the album, even if it isn't the bands style. She really wants current fans of the band to be open to all types of music genres, while is hoping to attract new fans too. This album features 12 songs which include Intro, Basements, Climbing Up The Walls, Let Me In, Over, Come Home, Still Here, Memories, World Outside, Reach (Acoustic), Waste, and Come Home (Acoustic). Come home is a personal song to Alexia about her father who left her at a young age. Alexia has always.
Underground Sounds Tracklist.
Underground Sounds is the debut album of American recording artist and guitarist of Eyes Set to Kill, Lexia. The album was released October 12, 2010 by BreakSilence Records.
Eyes Set to Kill frontwoman Alexia Rodriguez is about to show off a different side of her musical self - known simply as Lexia - with the upcoming solo album 'Underground Sounds. Rodriguez reworks Eyes Set to Kill songs and plays acoustic versions of them on the album. She also covers 'Climbing Up the Walls' by Radiohead. You can currently check out the acoustic rendition of ESTK's 'Reach. Rodriguez does a terrific job of making the song sound like it always should have been acoustic. The songs I write on the road are mellow and chilled, which don't necessarily work as Eyes Set to Kill songs. I try to write songs in different styles and genres and just demo them for myself.
Climbing Up The Walls (cover of "Climbing Up the Walls" by Radiohead). Come Home (Acoustic Version).
