Graham William Nash OBE (born 2 February 1942) is an English singer-songwriter and musician. Nash is known for his light tenor voice and for his songwriting contributions as a member of the English pop/rock group the Hollies and the folk-rock supergroup Crosby, Stills & Nash. Nash became an American citizen on 14 August 1978 and holds dual citizenship of the United Kingdom and the United States.

The pair reunited for another Crosby & Nash studio album in 2004, and a legitimate release of music from a 1970s Crosby-Nash tour as on a widely circulated bootleg appeared in 1998. In 1979, Nash co-founded Musicians United for Safe Energy. In 2005, Nash collaborated with Norwegian musicians a-ha on the songs "Over the Treetops" (penned by Paul Waaktaar-Savoy) and "Cosy Prisons" (penned by Magne Furuholmen) for the Analogue recording. In 2006, Nash worked with David Gilmour and David Crosby on the title track of David Gilmour's third solo album, On an Island

Songs for Beginners is one of those albums that reflects the times. Peace, love and introspection are what Graham sings about, only the way that Graham can deliver. Somehow this release doesn't sound dated. The music and lyrics are just as appripo today as they were back then. When you make this purchase, you are going to hear something just a bit different. Graham teamed up with our friends at Classic Records to remix this album. Graham talks about this in a recent interview with Coleman Brice of Classic Records on themusic. Enough Already, Get On With It. As I stated earlier, Graham assisted in the remix of this album and I have to say, it's far better than the original release. You are going to hear some differences though.
