Xscape is 10,000 miles ahead of the 1st posthumous release from Michael Jackson's catalog. Providing both the "original" and modernized tracks to the album makes for a curious listen. Although many of the tracks are neither lackluster nor great...hardcore Michael Jackson fans will be happy to hear the cuts from his earlier career. "Love Never Felt So Good" is a fantastically written song and both versions on this record are worth listening to. "Loving You" is a joyous simple tune and "Slave to the Rhythm" has a kick ass beat. Overall this record is an honorable addition to Michael Jackson's legacy, but doesn't reveal any sort of long lost masterpiece we have all be yearning for from Michael's vault.

Michael Jackson is one of the greatest singers in the world he is in my top 5 of all time list . he was and will always be one of my favorite artists and a huge influence on me as a singer since i was a child.I love all his music with the Jackson 5 Jacksons and solo. this album was a treat when released last year since a lot of these songs were not on any of his albums. some of these songs come from various eras of his music from Thriller to Dangerous.these songs did not make those albums.since they were demos and not finished at the time but some of these tunes are better than anything he released on the last albums before his death Blood On The Dance Floor History Invincible etc which were decent releases some good songs and Michael still was in great voice but not as great all the way through like a Thriller .Invincible was very weak as an album . the highlights on this album A Place With No Name Love's Never Been So Good Blue Gangsta Chicago & Loving You would of all been big hits had he lived he would of made a comeback with this album if he would of released these songs or reworked some on an album..A Place With No Name is one of the best songs on the album very catchy , Love's Never Been So Good sounds like it could of been on Off The Wall or Thriller since it written during that time and sounds like vintage Michael and Loving You is a very beautiful ballad and should of been on Bad.reccomended for any Michael Jackson fan it is not Thriller what album is but a good addition to his catalog!
